Caitlin is a Senior Associate at Senet and supports Julian and Daniel in leading the Legal practice. She brings significant gambling experience and industry knowledge having spent over 5 years as a Senior Corporate Lawyer at Tabcorp. Caitlin advised Tabcorp leadership on a range of regulatory, corporate, commercial and compliance matters (first in the Keno and Gaming division and then in the Keno and Lotteries business following the merger of the Tabcorp and Tatts groups in 2017).
After commencing her career at top tier law firm Herbert Smith Freehills, she transitioned to practice Sports Law before ultimately settling as a senior lawyer within Tabcorp’s group general counsel team. She has a reputation as a trusted commercial advisor, recognised for her ability to translate complicated legal matters succinctly and in an easy-to-understand manner.
Caitlin holds a Master of Laws in Global Business Law and bachelor’s degrees in Business (Marketing) and Law, with Dean’s Commendations in all three, from La Trobe University. Caitlin has also undertaken leadership training through the Australian Sports Commission, with a focus on sports governance and integrity.
