Kieran is a Senior Associate at Senet and a specialist problem solver. His hallmark has become giving clients the ability to navigate through complex legal and factual issues with confidence and knowledge of the risks. Working as an advocate, strategist and adviser, Kieran understands the importance of weaving the strands of strategy and law to deliver outstanding results for clients in the gambling industry.
Prior to joining Senet, Kieran worked at a top tier law firm specialising in complex litigation and disputes as well as regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings. He acted on behalf of both private and Government clients in all Victorian and federal jurisdictions including in a number of high-profile enforcement proceedings for Australia’s corporate and consumer regulators. This work has enabled Kieran to bring unique strategic and commercial perspectives to all his matters as well as a calming influence in the face of difficult challenges.
Kieran holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Bond University. He is also a member of the Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Association (ANZLSA) and has advised a number of aspiring athletes based in the Asia-Pacific region.
